Before you do, the inputs conflict in ways the repair can’t resolve without a decision from you:

1. **Location:** The research notes place Domus Vista on Frederiksberg, at Nordens Plads by Roskildevej. The content plan says “Nordvest, København” and gives the address as Gråspurvevej 5, 2400 København. Gate 4 only fixes conflicts with `verified_facts`, and the address isn’t in there, so I’d need you to confirm which location to use.

2. **Construction dates and architect:** The notes say built in 1969, designed by Ole Hagen. The content plan says construction 1967–68, completed 1969, with Ole Hagen (1913–1984) and a Frederiksberg Stadsarkiv source. The plan also marks the Jac Hartmann role as unclear. I’d keep only the dates and attributions that have a named source.

3. **Ownership timeline:** The notes give Akelius buying from PKA/Pensam in February 2017 and Heimstaden taking over in 2021, with Byens Ejendom giving a conflicting 2017 date. The content plan says ownership and the Heimstaden link are unconfirmed. Gate 10 (research confidence is low) would push these into the rumor list, and Gate 11 would hedge the tier-3 claims. I’d keep the ownership claims hedged unless you want a Tier 1 source such as a CVR or tinglysning check.

4. **Unit count:** `verified_facts` gives 470 with a “(ca.)” qualifier, and the notes list 467, 470 and 476 across sources. The content plan also mentions 127 new units from a 2018 article, which has no reconciliation in the notes. I’d state 470 with the source range shown.

5. **Floors:** The notes say 30 floors, with some sources giving 29 because of a technical level. The 2021 water-damage item says “14 af 29 etager,” which conflicts with the 30 in `verified_facts`. Gate 4 would replace the 29 with 30 for the 2021 item.

6. **Unsupported claims in the plan:** The content plan includes Meny opening hours, Heimstaden reviews, the Heimstaden managing director, and a resident-representation contact. None of these appear in the research notes, so they should be left out rather than filled in.

7. **Tier share:** The quality gates mark `tier_1_2_share_min_60pct` as false. Most of the must-cite sources are tier 2, but the on-page height and ownership figures rely on tier 3 sources.
